Donald P. Fredrickson, CPA brings more than 26 years in diverse accounting, tax, financial, and business consulting experience to his role as a Certified Public Accountant.




Don is a member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants and Construction Financial Managers Associations. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Arizona. He earned his Bachelor of Business Accountancy degree from New Mexico State University and his Masters of Business Administration from University of Phoenix

Don has gained extensive accounting experience through senior accountant, Controller and Chief Financial Officer roles for a variety of companies located in the Southwest. He founded his own CPA Firm and has built a strong and varied portfolio of individual and business clients.

For small to larger-sized businesses, Don has expertise in providing comprehensive accounting services, including individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit income tax returns as well as compilations, and payroll tax reports.

In addition, Don has expertise in consulting and supporting computerized accounting systems.

Personal Profile

Don is married to Nancy and they have four children and three grandchildren. He enjoys golfing, swimming, watching football, and eating very hot New Mexico green chili. He and Nancy are very excited about living and working in the White Mountains and becoming a valued member of the community.  

Aleshia Polanco - Business Manager

Aleshia brings over 26 years of professional Accounting Experience. After College she worked as an accounting manager, and later a controller of a private company.  In 2009 She moved to the White Mountains and began working for Positive Change PC which is now Saguaro Accounting  PLLC.    Aleshia is a payroll specialist and a full charge accountant.   Aleshia loves living in the White Mountains.  She enjoys time with family and friends and watching dirt track racing.

Eleanor Brewer - Office Manager

Eleanor Brewer has over 31 years of Business Administration experience. She  has worked for Positive Change PC,  which is now Saguaro Accounting, P.L.L.C.,  for the last four years.  Mrs. Brewer works at our  Show Low Office and enjoys working with clients.  She assists Don with Accounting, Taxation, Practice Management and Payroll projects.
